2M has developed the mechanics, electronics, embedded software and digital interfacing to the mobile application for Touchwaves a startup that combines and integrates high-tech in smart clothing to help people to enhance physical, mental and emotional resilience. Potential focus is on breathwork applications that range from relief of people coping with anxiety, PTSD and stress.
The MYSA shirt is embedded with small, flexible vibrating motors that mimic the patterns of breathing techniques proven to aid in stress reduction. Via the app the user can select one of the breathing programs and adjust the vibration intensity levels.
The shirt is comfortable to wear always available and discreet as it can be worn underneath the clothes. So that you can do you breathwork exercise anytime, anywhere.
